Digital and E-Commerce Analyst – LATAM Distributor Markets

Responsibilities
Support strategy: Partner with the Digital and E-Commerce Lead to deploy initiatives, identify optimization opportunities, and drive commercial impact.
Execute launches: Coordinate product deployments, monitor PDP performance, and conduct site audits for accuracy and compliance.
Analyze performance: Use data tools to surface trends, generate insights, and recommend actions that enhance conversion.
Share best practices: Aggregate market learnings, curate insights, and identify whitespace opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.
Coordinate operations: Maintain trackers, agendas, and ensure timely communication across multiple markets and stakeholders.
Create recaps: Develop PowerPoint presentations summarizing executed work across markets, highlighting key outcomes, insights, and next steps.
Qualifications Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in digital, e‑commerce, or marketing roles.
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and PowerPoint (storytelling/presentations).
Desirable:
Experience in prestige/luxury or mass beauty brands, ideally fragrance and makeup.
Understanding of digital marketing and e‑commerce strategies.
Autonomous, decisive, and strategic thinker.
