Health & Safety Manager
Compensation: $95,000 – $125,000 + Career Development & Training + 10% Bonus + 3 weeks PTO + 5% 401(k) + Benefits.
Location: Chicago, IL (commutable from Naperville, Aurora, Schaumburg, Evanston, Joliet, and surrounding areas).

The Role
Lead and implement Health & Safety programs across wind, solar, and energy storage projects across North America.
Deliver technical safety training.
Conduct site audits, incident investigations, and develop proactive safety initiatives.
Enjoy hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote), early Friday finishes, full benefits from Day 1, and structured career progression.
The Candidate
Experienced in industrial or energy environments (wind or high‑voltage preferred).
Holds OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communicator able to deliver training, lead audits, and influence safety culture across teams.
