Position Overview National Therapy Center is hiring RBTs to join our ABA team in Washington, DC. This part‑time role is ideal for skilled and compassionate professionals ready to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. It requires a combination of day and evening shifts. You will be expected to maintain a minimum of 10 billable client hours per week, providing therapy in both home and clinic environments. You must hold an active RBT certification at the time of hire.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy during day and evening shifts in home and clinic settings.
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) following protocols outlined by the supervising BCBA.
Document and submit session notes and data logs within 24 hours of service.
Collect and report data, communicating progress to the supervising BCBA.
Participate in supervision and training to meet BACB standards.
Collaborate with families and clinical teams to support consistent and effective care.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications
Active RBT certification listed in the BACB registry at time of hire.
Minimum of one year of experience in ABA therapy or a related behavioral health field.
CPR and first aid certification (must be current).
Availability for both daytime and evening shifts.
Reliable transportation to commute to assigned client sites.
Ability to consistently maintain 10 billable hours per week.
Compensation
$27.00 – $30.00 per hour based on experience and availability.
Pay rates apply to both day and evening shifts.
