Implement ABA therapy protocols under the supervision of a BCBA Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families Monitor and record client progress, providing data‑driven feedback to BCBA's Participate in team meetings and contribute to case conceptualization and treatment planning Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to Move Up ABA's highest standards of care Requirements
Currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or post‑secondary education preferred 1 year of experience in the field of ABA or a related field Ability to work PART‑TIME schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed What We Offer
