Physician Assistant
to provide telehealth services.
Responsibilities
Conduct Telehealth visits while on-site in clinic
Provider will assess patient needs, determine treatment plans, and prescribe medications via virtual encounters.
Qualifications
Must have a current New York PA License and NCCPA certification
Experience in primary care or urgent care preferred
Ability to conduct telehealth visits independently while on-site at the FQHC
Strong clinical assessment and prescribing skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to serving diverse and underserved patient populations
