Mission As
General Manager , you are the inspiration for your team to create a positive and stimulating environment focused on teamwork.
You are the leader of a team of one hundred people whose mission is to provide customers with an exceptional Mama experience through a welcoming, quirky and friendly atmosphere that you create.
While maintaining high standards in our rooms/ateliers and food, services, health and safety, you ensure the profitability of Mama through revenue generation and cost control.
Analyses sales figures, controls expenses, manages and forecasts budgets, and finances.
Collaborate with headquarters on reporting, e‑marketing, and media campaigns.
Qualifications
You have the ability to adapt to all challenges, remaining calm in an offbeat environment with a large customer flow.
You have had similar experience with team management of at least 100 people.
You know how to identify talents and develop them.
You are flexible in your schedule.
You want to be at the heart of the action with your team.
You have a knack for business development and are an experienced Manager.
Additional Information You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves & do the dirty work. You develop talents to support the growth of the Mama Shelter Group. It’s not just the results that drive you, your team and your customers are your priority.
