Job Description
Would you like to be part of the opening of our Mama Shelter in Downtown Los Angeles? The mission is to develop the property’s sales through a proactive approach that aligns with Mama standards.
You will develop our sales strategy and pricing policy to create demand for overnight stays, meetings, seminars, workshops and more.
You’ll monitor performance and adjust tactics to hit targets and stay ahead of the game.
As a true team leader, you’re responsible for and lead the Sales team, ensuring high customer satisfaction from recruitment to coaching.
As a brand ambassador, you convey our values through energy and good humor.
You’ll collaborate with Ennismore regional contacts, brand leads, and Accor Global Sales to align strategies.
Establish and maintain relationships with local, regional, national and international players—agencies, production companies, congresses, institutions.
Qualifications
Passionate about sales, not “Wolf of Wall Street” type.
5+ years’ experience in a senior hotel sales role, preferably in a lifestyle brand.
In-depth knowledge of the Los Angeles market and key feeder markets.
Highly organized with an eye for detail.
Professional, diplomatic communication skills and ability to bring departments together.
Curious and adept at leveraging new opportunities to generate revenue.
Excellent interpersonal skills with resourceful customer handling.
High energy, genuine motivation, and a leadership style that inspires teams.
Action‑oriented with participative management mindset.
Resilience under pressure and stress.
Price‑setting acumen and experience with PowerPoint and Excel reporting.
Passion for hospitality reflected in guest‑centered experiences.
High integrity, ethical conduct, reliability, and reputation for honesty.
