Interim Revenue Accounting Manager
Our client, a high-growth AI infrastructure company, is seeking an Interim Revenue Accounting Manager to help establish and scale its revenue accounting function during a period of rapid expansion.
The position is fully remote. This engagement has an expected duration of 2 months and the potential to extend or convert to a full-time role.
Responsibilities
Own revenue accounting processes under ASC 606 for hardware, software, and cloud-based services.
Manage complex revenue arrangements, including usage-based pricing and multi-element contracts.
Build scalable revenue accounting processes and implement automation to support growth.
Partner with Sales, Legal, and Product teams on contract review and revenue treatment.
Prepare revenue analytics and reporting for management and investor purposes.
Requirements
7+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience in technology or high-growth environments.
Deep expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition.
Experience with complex revenue models (usage-based, revenue sharing, multi-element).
Strong ERP systems experience (NetSuite preferred).
CPA or equivalent technical accounting background.

Licensure and certifications;
Office location and other geographic considerations;
Other business and organizational needs.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
