This role involves managing accounting functions fora portfolio of residential and commercial properties in a dynamic and team-orientedenvironment. The position offers close collaboration with company leadershipand provides valuable exposure to different facets of real estate financialoperations. What to know: Compensationof $75,000–$85,000 a year 10%Bonus Comprehensivebenefits package Responsibilities: Performfull-cycle property accounting, including general ledger maintenance, postingjournal entries, and month-end close processes Prepareand analyze financial statements and assist with budgeting Manageaccounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations Collaboratewith stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting UtilizeAppFolio and Excel to streamline financial processes and reporting Qualifications: 3+years of property accounting experience, preferably in a real estatesetting Proficiencywith AppFolio or a similar accounting software Experiencewith residential and commercial property portfolios is plus Familiaritywith budgeting and forecasting in a real estate context preferred There are no costs for candidates utilizingour services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
