Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join a mission-driven nonprofit in Holland, MI. This fully onsite role oversees daily accounting operations, audit prep, payroll, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly close, journal entries, and financial reporting
- Prepare for annual audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Supervise accounting staff and review team work
- Manage payroll processing and benefits administration
- Support budgeting, grant tracking, and financial analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of nonprofit accounting experience
- Strong audit prep, payroll, and benefits knowledge
- Leadership experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
