Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for participating locations, ensuring provider satisfaction with service delivery Create and maintain relationships with fitness center leaders via telephonic and electronic communications Support new contract implementations and contract renewal discussions Resolve issues and coordinate resources to ensure successful delivery of fitness programs Provide program updates and training to participating locations and support marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred in business, sales, marketing, fitness, communication, or health-related field; equivalent experience considered Minimum of 2 years of experience in vendor management, provider networks, customer service, sales/marketing, or client services Detail?oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Effective oral and written communication skills with a variety of audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the fitness industry and experience working with older adults Ability to function independently with little supervision Strong problem?solving skills and resource management capabilities
