Contact customers via phone to collect overdue payments and discuss payment arrangements Document all customer interactions and account activities using collection software Review delinquent accounts to determine appropriate collection strategies and escalate complex cases as necessary Monitor payment trends and proactively engage with customers showing signs of financial difficulty Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with all legal guidelines Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent 0-3 years of relevant work experience in collections or customer service Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reach mutually beneficial payment agreements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with collection software and basic office software, including MS Office Preferred Qualifications
