We are looking for a seasoned Analytics Application Support Engineer with over 7 years of experience to manage end-to-end support for analytics applications including Matillion, Informatica MDM, Tableau, and Cognos. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ETL pipelines, data modeling, application monitoring, and incident resolution, while also collaborating with business users, data stewards, and offshore teams.
Job Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve daily application incidents in collaboration with business users.
Review design analysis and propose workarounds and permanent solutions with client architects.
Manage ticket backlogs and resolutions in coordination with offshore support analysts and integration teams.
Ensure SLA compliance and support production deployments for analytics applications.
Monitor and troubleshoot data quality and ingestion issues.
Collaborate with data stewards and system owners to resolve integration issues.
Provide application support across shifts and maintain operational continuity.
Present regular updates and improvement plans to stakeholders.
Required Skills
7+ years of experience in analytics application support.
Core expertise in Matillion ETL and Tableau visualization.
Strong knowledge of Informatica MDM, Tableau, and Cognos.
Experience in large Data Warehouse environments with strong understanding of data modeling, mappings, validation, match & merge rules.
Familiarity with analytics tools design, development, and application monitoring.
Experience using ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
Proven client-facing and end-user communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of shift-based support models.
Familiarity with SLA management and reporting.
Experience in a global support model and working with offshore teams.
Certifications [Specify if any certifications are preferred, e.g., Informatica, Tableau]
Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
