Job Description:

Knowledge of end-to-end solutioning on MDM project

Requiring deep expertise in Informatica Master Data Management (MDM), data integration using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), data warehousing with Snowflake, enterprise data services (EDS), and WebMethods integration suite

Hands‑on technical leader, owning the end‑to‑end solution delivery and working closely with clients and cross‑functional teams. This role will focus on mastering and integrating key business domains, including person, patient, product, HCP (Health Care Professional), HCO (Health Care Organization), asset, CAPA

Solution architecture and design

Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and resilient data and integration solutions using the specified technologies

Architect and oversee end‑to‑end MDM solutions, including data modeling, data quality, match and merge rules, and survivorship strategies for key domains such as Person, Patient, and Product

Develop comprehensive ETL/ELT architecture and data pipelines using IICS and Snowflake, focusing on performance optimization for high‑volume data processing

Design and implement integration patterns and APIs using Webmethods to facilitate seamless data exchange between enterprise systems

Define architecture for Enterprise Data Services (EDS) to enable data sharing and consumption across the organization

Technical leadership and team collaboration

Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME), providing guidance and mentoring to development and implementation teams

Lead technical discussions and facilitate workshops to gather and validate requirements from business stakeholders and technical teams

Conduct technical design reviews and approve technical deliverables to ensure solutions adhere to architectural standards and best practices

Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other architects to define project scope, resource requirements, and delivery timelines

Client and stakeholder management

Interact directly with clients to understand business requirements, identify challenges, and propose strategic technical solutions

Own the client relationship from a technical perspective, ensuring that the proposed and delivered solutions meet business objectives and quality standards

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for both technical and non‑technical audiences

Proactively manage project risks and identify potential challenges, communicating transparently with all stakeholders

Technical skills and implementation

Be prepared to be hands‑on with the technical implementation, debugging issues, and guiding the team through complex development tasks

Lead the development and configuration of MDM modules, including Entity 360, Provisioning Tool, and Informatica Data Director (IDD)

Drive performance tuning and optimization efforts for MDM matching processes, IICS jobs, and Snowflake queries

Work with WebMethods to develop and manage APIs, integrations, and enterprise service bus (ESB) components

Oversee data governance, security, and compliance implementation within the technical architecture

Master Data Management (MDM): Extensive, hands‑on experience with an industry‑leading MDM platform (e.g., Informatica MDM), including data modeling, data quality, hierarchy management, and governance

Data Integration (IICS/ETL): Proven expertise in designing and developing ETL/ELT processes using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and other ETL tools

Cloud Data Platform (Snowflake): Deep hands‑on experience with Snowflake architecture, data modeling, performance optimization, and integrating Snowflake with other cloud services

Integration Middleware (WebMethods): Strong background in designing and implementing integrations using the WebMethods suite, including ESB services and API management

Database and Scripting: Solid proficiency in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and scripting languages such as Python or Shell

Generic Managerial Skills

Problem‑Solving: Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams

Domain Expertise: Experience in mastering data domains such as Person, Patient, Product, HCP, HCO, Asset, CAPA

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
