Job Description We are seeking an experienced MDM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of master data management solutions across key business domains.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture : Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and resilient data and integration solutions using Informatica MDM, IICS, Snowflake, EDS, and WebMethods.
MDM Lifecycle : Architect and oversee end‑to‑end MDM solutions, including data modeling, data quality, match & merge rules, and survivorship strategies for Person, Patient, and Product domains.
ETL/ELT Design : Develop comprehensive ETL/ELT architecture and data pipelines using IICS and Snowflake, focusing on performance optimization for high‑volume data processing.
Integration & APIs : Design and implement integration patterns and APIs using WebMethods to facilitate seamless data exchange between enterprise systems.
Enterprise Data Services : Define architecture for EDS to enable data sharing and consumption across the organization.
Technical Leadership : Serve as the technical SME, leading design reviews, mentoring teams, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
Stakeholder Management : Work directly with clients, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value, while managing project risks and timelines.
Hands‑on Implementation : Participate in debugging, performance tuning, and guiding the team through complex development tasks across all MDM modules.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5‑7 years of experience architecting MDM solutions.
Deep expertise in Informatica MDM, IICS, Snowflake, EDS, and WebMethods.
Proficiency in SQL, data warehouse concepts, and scripting (Python or Shell).
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Technological Proficiencies
Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) – Entity 360, Provisioning Tool, IDD.
Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) – ETL/ELT pipelines.
Snowflake – schema design, performance tuning.
WebMethods – ESB, API management.
Enterprise Data Services (EDS) – data sharing architecture.
Data governance, security, and compliance implementation.
