As a Business Development Manager, you’ll drive pipeline growth by targeting finance leaders (CFOs, Controllers, Finance Ops), running strategic outbound campaigns, qualifying prospects, and collaborating across Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage finance/accounting leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies Run personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, events, and calls Conduct discovery and qualify leads for AEs Collaborate with GTM teams on targeting and messaging Track activity and pipeline in HubSpot or similar CRM Requirements:
3+ years in B2B SaaS or fintech sales or business development Strong grasp of finance buyer personas and outbound prospecting Excellent communication and lead qualification skills Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Self-motivated, results-driven, and startup-ready Working at Safebooks
