Job Description
Miami's premier luxury residential home builder is looking to add a motivated and experienced superintendent to their construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ground-up new construction with luxurious interiors.
Responsibilities
Experience overseeing daily operation of construction projects for high‑end, ground‑up custom homes - from mobilization to final handoff Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed Communicate progress with site project coordinators and subcontractors Manage subcontractors and construction site organization Conduct daily inspections, ensuring flawless execution, site safety, and cleanliness Manage construction team including Procore daily logs, manpower reports and jobsite laborer hours Qualifications
3 - 5 years of experience in high‑end, ground‑up residential projects Familiarity with regulatory construction standards Strong technical knowledge of residential systems, sequencing, and finishes Comfort using schedules, Microsoft Office, and Procore experience a plus Coordinate requests from clients, architects, and design consultants Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record English and Spanish a plus What We Offer
