Job Description Lead on-site construction activities from pre-construction through closeout. Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure timely delivery. Maintain daily reports and ensure compliance with project specifications. Foster a positive and productive job site culture.

The Successful Applicant 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a superintendent role. Proven track record managing projects $5M+. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
