Seeking an experienced Superintendent to join one of Indiana’s most established general contractors as a Superintendent II. This role offers the opportunity to lead diverse projects across healthcare, commercial, manufacturing, higher education, and pharmaceutical sectors throughout the state.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily field operations, including managing subcontractors and site personnel to ensure productivity and performance. Maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Enforce site safety standards and quality assurance/quality control procedures. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, and design teams. Attend and actively participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings to ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.

Up to 15 years of experience as a lead Superintendent on $20M-$50M projects. Proven background in both ground-up and renovation construction. Tech-savvy with strong scheduling experience (3-6 week look-aheads). Experience in one or more markets: healthcare, pharma, higher education, education, light industrial, manufacturing, or multifamily. Solid understanding of critical path scheduling and project flow. Strong commitment to site safety and quality. Willingness to travel throughout the greater Indianapolis area. Leadership mindset with an interest in mentoring and long-term growth within the company.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in occupied spaces, especially within healthcare. Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience. Familiarity with MEP systems.
