What You’ll Do
Lead and manage all aspects of warehouse operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols
Oversee shipping and receiving processes, and order fulfillment to meet customer demands efficiently
Implement process improvements utilizing Lean methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste
Collaborate with transportation management teams to optimize fleet management and logistics planning
Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to foster a high-performing team culture
Analyze supply chain analytics to identify trends and drive strategic decision-making
Qualifications
Proven experience in warehouse management or operations management with supervisory responsibilities
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including inventory management, logistics, and transportation planning
Proficiency in using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Familiarity with production planning, materials management, purchasing, and procurement processes
Experience with freight operations, dispatching, shipping & receiving practices
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required for effective communication with team members and stakeholders
