What We Value in You
DDS or DMD from an ADA‑accredited dental school
Current Georgia license or eligible upon graduation
Up‑to‑date CPR and BLS certifications
Experience in clinical or private practice
Excellent chairside manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Benefits You Will Enjoy
First‑year guarantee of $225,000 or 30% of adjusted production (whichever is greater)
Second‑year compensation at 30% of adjusted production
$20,000 sign‑on bonus
Eligible for Pathway to Partnership
$2,500 annual CE allowance + extensive in‑house CE program
Full medical and benefits package
Licensure and DEA expenses covered
Malpractice insurance provided; ADA, state, and AAP dues covered
