This executive leads multi‑country delivery teams, aligning Oracle’s U.S. and Canadian public sector strategies to accelerate adoption of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Fusion SaaS, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Data/AI capabilities across mission and administrative systems.
Responsibilities
Direct cross‑portfolio consulting operations across U.S. and Canadian Federal customers, ensuring delivery excellence and regulatory compliance (FedRAMP, ITAR, GC Cloud Framework, and Protected B).
Partner with Oracle Sales, Cloud Engineering, and Product leadership to design and implement cloud solutions supporting commerce, finance, HR, education, and veteran services missions.
Manage portfolio financials including utilization, revenue forecasting, cost management, and year‑over‑year growth initiatives.
Oversee modernization initiatives that integrate data analytics, AI/ML, and digital identity solutions for citizen and employee‑facing services.
Build bi‑national collaboration between Oracle GDI and Oracle Canada Public Sector, fostering knowledge exchange, workforce development, and unified delivery standards.
Serve as senior advisor to CXO‑level government leaders on Oracle’s enterprise cloud capabilities, secure workload migration, and shared‑service modernization approaches.
Mentor senior managers and delivery teams operating across both the U.S. and Canadian regions, promoting professional growth and leadership succession planning.
Qualifications
15+ years of public sector consulting experience, including leadership of large‑scale cloud or enterprise transformation programs across U.S. or Canadian government entities.
Deep knowledge of federal and Canadian compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, FIPS, GC Cloud, and data residency standards).
Proven ability to lead multi‑national delivery operations and manage complex governance models.
Expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies (OCI, Fusion SaaS, Integration Cloud, Analytics Cloud).
Executive communication and stakeholder management skills; bilingual English/French proficiency preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or PMP certification desirable.
Active U.S. or Canadian government clearance (Secret/Protected B or higher) preferred.
Compensation and Benefits US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 - $291,800 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non‑overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
