Training & Advancement Pathway

Initial Training Period (0–6 months): $52,000–$55,000 annual salary

Learn operations, food safety, scheduling, and team leadership

Participate in development sessions and performance check‑ins

Performance‑Based Review (6–12 months): Opportunity for promotion and salary increase to $58,000+

Transition into full Assistant Manager responsibilities

Continued mentorship and advancement within Bacon Bacon and Silver Dragon Café

Who You Are

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Able to meet SFO airport badging and background requirements
