What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead multiple high-impact programs that align with organizational goals and support key business outcomes

Coordinate scope, timelines, budgets, and interdependencies across initiatives for seamless execution

Partner with business and functional leaders to ensure program alignment with company objectives

Embed Agile principles to foster a culture of adaptability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Anticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and keep stakeholders engaged and informed

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

8–10 years of related program or project management experience with proven success in leading complex initiatives

Prior product management experience in an Agile environment

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence)

Working knowledge of SharePoint and collaboration tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Advanced degree or professional certification preferred

PMP certification desirable

Project management experience or formal training strongly preferred

Experience in environments where leaders wear multiple hats, particularly in evolving organizations
