Hold a Current Illinois Professional Educator License with an Administrative Endorsement Have knowledge of the Illinois Learning Standards Be an instructional leader Possess excellent oral and written communication skills Have knowledge or experience related to Professional Learning Communities Demonstrate commitment to student achievement and school improvement Demonstrate a dedication to supporting students academically and socially Possess quality leadership skills Have an understanding of how to meet the needs of a diverse student population Have strong interpersonal skills Possess quality management and organizational skills Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to personal and professional development Principal Profile

The District serves the communities of Wheaton and Warrenville, as well as portions of Carol Stream, Winfield, West Chicago, and adjacent unincorporated areas.
