Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant at 84.51°, you will flawlessly execute against the customer‑first plan for our partner and clients using leading customer insights from Kroger, market insights, and human insights to make customers’ lives easier. In this role you will:
Identify problems, develop solutions, activate insights and evaluate impact on customers for Kroger and CPGs.
Build strong, trusting relationships with Kroger stakeholders and influence decisions that drive long‑term customer loyalty.
Leverage personalization science and loyalty strategy to support relevant, long‑term connection with program members.
Contribute to the strategic vision for loyalty, grow member participation, drive program impact and deepen insights to shape strategy.
Design and execute effective campaigns that engage customers and motivate insights to cross‑functional partners.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
2–4 years of relevant experience.
Critical thinking, influencing, and relationship‑management skills.
Strong business and commercial acumen.
Excellent communication skills.
Tools and process acumen.
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred but not required).
