Position Summary
We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on
HR Business Partner
to build and lead the HR function in our growing organization. This role will be foundation in shaping employee experience, establishing core people practice, and ensuring HR is a trusted partner to the business. From talent acquisition and onboarding to performance, engagement, and organizational development, you will design and implement scalable frameworks that align our vision and values. As a key advisor to leadership, you will bring both strategic insight and practical execution to help our people and business thrive.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Build and lead the HR function by establishing scalable people programs, policies, and practices.
Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR guidance on organizational design, talent planning, and culture building.
Oversee talent acquisition by managing recruitment vendor relationships, refining processes, and supporting leaders in making effective hiring decisions.
Design and implement an onboarding program that ensures a consistent, engaging, and values‑driven new hire experience.
Develop performance management practices that drive accountability, employee growth, and clear career pathways.
Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, providing guidance and resolution support that balances employee needs with business goals.
Support leadership development and coaching, helping manager build leadership capabilities and foster a feedback‑rich culture.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best practice while maintaining a fair and inclusive workplace.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to strengthen connection, motivation, and retention across the organization.
Establish HR metrics and reporting to track and measure effectiveness and inform data‑driven decision‑making.

Education & Experience
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented attitude
Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification a plus.
