The Opportunity Our client is seeking a strategic, dynamic, and people‑centric Executive HR Director to lead their Human Resources function and guide the organization through the next stage of growth. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR executive who excels at building scalable systems, developing high‑performing teams, and partnering with senior leadership to drive business results. As the Executive HR Director, you will serve as a key member of the leadership team and champion a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic HR leadership and counsel to the executive team, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Lead all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, leadership development, and compliance.
Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and succession strategies to support long‑term growth.
Implement and manage HR policies, programs, and systems that foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
Oversee performance management programs, including goal‑setting, coaching, corrective action, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Develop metrics and dashboards to track HR performance, retention, and organizational health.
Lead HR team members with a focus on mentorship, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or HR certifications (SHRM‑CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
8+ years of increasingly responsible HR leadership experience, including 3+ years in a senior or executive HR role.
Proven ability to operate as a strategic business partner and thought leader.
Expertise in employee relations, talent strategy, performance management, and compliance.
Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, communication, and coaching skills.
Experience driving HR transformation or scaling organizations is highly preferred.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
