Position Summary The Event Traffic Director (non‑driving) provides professional guidance to guests, maintaining a positive experience while ensuring safety, organization, and compliance with company standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
Punctuality and Appearance: Arrive on time, dressed in uniform, and maintain a professional image.
Vehicle Damage Survey: Complete vehicle damage surveys and accurately record parking locations.
Vehicle Direction: Direct vehicles to designated parking spots efficiently and safely.
Timekeeping & Attendance: Follow attendance processes, clock in/out, and accurately report tips.
Staff Meetings & Training: Attend meetings and complete training modules.
Equipment & Supplies: Use and maintain necessary equipment in good working order.
Work Environment: Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team atmosphere.
Guest Communication & Service: Maintain high‑level communication and service with guests.
Issue Resolution: Anticipate needs and resolve guest concerns promptly.
Safety Practices: Adhere to safety precautions for guests and staff.
Additional Tasks: Perform duties needed to support operational and financial goals with flexibility.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Organizational Support & Adaptability: Follow policies, adapt to changes, and manage competing demands.
Dependability & Safety: Follow instructions, maintain schedules, and enforce safety procedures.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred; helpful demeanor mandatory.
Certificates & Licenses: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean background and no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
Work Environment & Physical Demands: Collaboration with teams and vendors; extended standing and walking, ability to lift moderate weights.
Cell Phone Use: Use personal cell phone for work communication; reimbursement policy applies.
