Lifespace Communities is looking for an experienced
Director of Area IL Sales
to drive Independent Living (IL) occupancy and sales performance across multiple Lifespace communities in our Texas region. This role leads sales strategy, supports Community Sales Directors, strengthens pipelines, and ensures each community meets - and surpasses - its occupancy goals. If you're a performance-driven leader who excels at coaching, data analysis, and relationship-building, this role gives you the opportunity to make a region-wide impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead regional IL sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
Coach and mentor Community Sales Directors to strengthen pipelines and conversions
Analyze market data to identify opportunities and improve competitiveness
Partner with Executive Directors and marketing teams to drive qualified leads
Support community teams with tours, presentations, and closing strategies
Align pricing, value positioning, and sales strategies with senior leadership
Lead area sales meetings and ensure unified execution across all communities
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
8-10 years of executive-level sales leadership, ideally in senior living, retirement housing, or CCRCs/Life Plan Communities
Proven ability to exceed sales and occupancy goals across multiple sites
Strong skills in market analysis, competitive positioning, and pricing strategy
