In This Role, You Will

Proactively identify and engage with targeted key accounts to enhance market penetration and drive collective growth.

Call on and develop relationships with new prospects to meet and exceed individual and departmental revenue expectations.

Present products and services to enterprise accounts.

Exceed established revenue targets for new business opportunities in software sales.

Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline reports.

Effectively manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize new business opportunities.

Monitor and report sales activity within the system.

Collaborate with Account Management and Client Services teams to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction with the Cvent product and organization.

Continuously develop relationships with key decision‑makers for accounts that will provide new business.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Here’s What You Need

Bachelor’s degree.

At least 5 years of prior revenue‑generating software sales experience (more desired).

Industry experience in SaaS, mobile apps, or analytics highly preferred.

Strong organizational and detail‑orientation skills, with the ability to multi‑task in a dynamic, fast‑changing entrepreneurial environment.

Able to integrate knowledge across disciplines—cold calling, consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function.

Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership, able to work independently and contribute to team initiatives.

Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity.

The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $82,000‑$90,000 annually plus commission depending on job‑related knowledge, relevant experience, and location. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
