We’re seeking a
Staff Accountant
to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives on accuracy, and wants to contribute to a high-performing finance team. You’ll handle core accounting functions, payroll, accounts payable, and expense management while supporting financial reporting and compliance. Your Impact
General Accounting:
Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end close. Provide support for international operations to maintain compliance and facilitate smooth financial processes. Payroll:
Oversee and/or process payroll and associated reporting, including commission and benefit reports, ensure compliance, and act as liaison between HR and Finance. Accounts Payable:
Process vendor invoices, manage approvals, and maintain internal controls. Expense Reimbursements:
Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring policy compliance. Financial Reporting:
Assist with audits, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. At least 3 years of accounting experience. Knowledge of US GAAP and payroll laws. Proficiency in QuickBooks and HRIS (ADP, Workday, BambooHR, Lattice). Advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred
3 years of payroll experience. Experience calculating and managing commission plans and payouts. Familiarity with ERP systems. Experience implementing or integrating new tools and technologies. Experience managing foreign subsidiaries and supporting entity consolidations.
