Overview The Senior Deskside Support Engineer will be responsible for providing critical IT support and managing infrastructure for offices across the company, including high-priority tasks such as migrations, office setups, and collaboration with senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Setup and Maintenance: The Deskside Engineer will manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth setup and maintenance of office IT infrastructure.
Project Management for Office Migrations: The role includes leading IT efforts for office moves and M&A activities, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption during transitions.
Collaboration with Senior Executives and Partners: The engineer will collaborate closely with executives and partners to resolve high-priority issues and initiate broader IT discussions.
Cross-Team Collaboration: The engineer will work with multiple teams to manage critical IT tasks, such as account management, security audits, and compliance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in complex environments such as ITAP.
Printer Management (Printix Team): The engineer will be responsible for managing printer-related issues across the company, ensuring seamless deployment and provisioning of printers across offices.
Ticket Management: The engineer will be working on various issues company wide via tickets and will strive to meet SLAs.
Required Skills
Technical Expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365: The candidate should have strong experience with AD management, PowerShell scripting, and troubleshooting within hybrid environments, particularly in Exchange Online and SharePoint.
Project Management Experience: The engineer must have proven project management skills to handle office migrations, infrastructure setups, and escalations.
Strong Communication and Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and team collaboration skills are essential to working with senior executives and external partners. This is crucial for ensuring timely problem resolution and smooth workflow automation.
Problem-Solving in High-Pressure Environments: The engineer must be proactive and independent, capable of handling sensitive, high-priority requests while maintaining operational efficiency.
Proficiency in Printer Management Systems: Experience with printer management tools, such as Printix, is necessary for supporting printer provisioning and company-wide deployment efforts.
Desired Impact The ideal candidate will ensure the continuity of critical IT services, maintain efficient operations, and contribute to key projects, allowing for a smooth transition while supporting ongoing office expansions and strategic IT goals.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Corient seeks to make reasonable accommodations that enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties when possible.

This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Massachusetts. The pay range for this position is
$85,500–$111,000 per year . We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
