The Role
We’re seeking an Implementation Team Lead to join our team and help us exceed customer expectations. In this role, you will manage a team of Implementation Specialists, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality work while fostering a customer‑first mindset. You will be a key member of a project management team tasked with defining the strategies for project execution across all projects in order to exceed revenue, utilization, quality, and other organizational KPIs. Long‑term, this is a hybrid position. Successful candidates will be required to work from our downtown Atlanta office five days per week during the initial 10‑week training period, moving to 3–4 days per week long‑term, with additional travel to client sites across North America as needed (up to 25–50% of the time). Responsibilities
People Management
Define team and individual goals, training plans, and career development objectives Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings with team members to monitor progress and support their growth Perform quarterly and annual performance reviews for your team members Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide personal and team training Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and effective ramping of new team members Review project progress weekly with the portfolio management team and project teams to ensure milestones, quality standards, and risk mitigation Perform regular project quality audits Contribute to SpryPoint best practices, lessons learned, and project documentation improvements Project Implementation Support
Lead gap analysis sessions to understand our customers’ needs Map to‑be business processes Configure, test and tune the software Map and assist with data conversions from legacy systems Train end users throughout the project on software functionality and best practices Provide hands‑on support during user acceptance testing, Go Live and post‑implementation stabilization Collaborate with development & dev‑ops teams to influence, design, and validate solutions Advise customers on the best use of the SpryPoint applications by way of business process analysis, communicating industry best practices and understanding the current and desired future states Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing teams in client services or business operations sector Business Analysis and Business Process Mapping experience Experience with reporting and business intelligence applications and platforms Technical skills such as relational database knowledge or SQL skills is a huge plus Proven ability to mentor and lead people Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior management, clients, and partners Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal) A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning new skills and adapting to change Confidence to work independently and collaboratively within internal and external teams Benefits
