Position Summary We are seeking a confident, experienced, and mission-driven
Home Health Clinical Manager to lead our Washington, D.C. office. This is a fully on-site leadership position—not remote or hybrid—and is critical to maintaining exceptional clinical and operational standards across our services in the District.

What You’ll Be Doing
Provide
on-site leadership
to ensure smooth agency operations and excellent patient care
Ensure compliance with all Medicare, Medicaid, and Washington, D.C. home health regulations
Build strong relationships with referral partners, staff, patients, and their families
Oversee budgeting, staffing, quality initiatives, and performance outcomesPrepare the agency for audits, surveys, and regulatory inspections
Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and compassionate service
Hire, onboard, train, and support clinical and administrative staff
Continuously improve systems, policies, and workflows for efficiency and quality
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Licensed or eligible to serve as a Home Health Administrator in Washington, D.C.
Preferred: Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within home health care
Strong understanding of CMS and D.C. Department of Health regulations
Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office
Willingness and ability to work
fully on-site , with no remote or hybrid options
