Registered Nurse - Clinical Manager – Washington, DC
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Home Health Clinical Manager to lead our Washington, D.C. office. This is a fully on-site leadership role (not remote or hybrid) responsible for overseeing clinical operations, regulatory compliance, staffing, and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site leadership for daily agency operations
Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and D.C. Department of Health regulations
Oversee staffing, budgeting, quality assurance, and performance metrics
Prepare for audits, surveys, and regulatory inspections
Hire, onboard, train, and support clinical and administrative staff
Build strong relationships with referral partners, staff, patients, and families
Drive continuous improvement in workflows, systems, and care delivery
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Licensed or eligible to serve as a Home Health Administrator in Washington, D.C.
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in home health (preferred)
Strong knowledge of CMS and D.C. home health regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office
Must be able to work fully on-site
