We are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead high-impact commercial installations, mentor security technicians, and build a dynamic team of 4-6 skilled technicians for major security deployments. Your responsibilities will include: Managing complex installations of access control systems, IP camera networks, network infrastructure, low voltage systems, and fire & life safety systems. Mentoring team members, coordinating with clients and project managers, and ensuring flawless project execution. Required experience: 5+ years of leadership in security or low voltage fields. Proven track record in team management and client relations. Hands-on expertise in security systems, access control, and networking. Industry certifications such as CCSP, CompTIA Security+, Fire Alarm License, or equivalent. Travel & growth opportunities: Year 1: Strategic expansion with 50% travel for nationwide high-profile installations, all expenses covered, helping establish regional hubs. Year 2 and beyond: Reduced travel, building and training local teams, shaping long-term regional operations.
