Tesla Insurance is transforming how customers purchase, experience, and use their auto insurance. We are revolutionizing the industry with our telematics-based insurance model ("Safety Score"), which uses our extensive vehicle sensor and safety data to price customers based on how they drive, not who they are.

Design and deploy intuitive, user-centric solutions that simplify complex workflows and leverage automation, AI agents, and LLMs at scale
Translate customer and internal team pain points into intuitive, scalable product features
Write clear product requirements, prioritize ruthlessly, and partner with engineering and design to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions at speed
Use data, experimentation, and feedback loops to continuously refine the platform, improving conversion, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate across global operations to adapt workflows to diverse regulatory and market requirements without sacrificing simplicity
What You'll Bring
6+ years of P&C experience, with 5+ years of personal lines insurance experience in product development or product management
Degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with a knack for identifying trends and taking action
Strong technical skills with SQL, Mongo, or similar data analysis and visualization tools, and experience creating reports and dashboards
Ownership mentality, works quickly and efficiently to execute projects
Superior organizational and project management capabilities, comfortable managing multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced environment
