Who You Are

You are a high performer with 3-5 years of experience with the following:

Products Liability Litigation (required)

Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery

Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews

Managing document collection, review, and production

Causation and/or failure analysis

Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings

You have excellent written and oral communication skills.

You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude.

You are an active member of the California or Colorado Bar.

Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

Denver, CO annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000

Los Angeles, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000

Palo Alto, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000

San Diego, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000

San Francisco, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000
