Assistant Store Leader – Quick Quack Car Wash

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Store Leader in hiring, training, and coaching team members.
Support daily workflow, provide direction, and enforce company policies.
Monitor store performance, identify opportunities for productivity and efficiency gains.
Maintain accurate cash records at POS registers.
Engage customers with questions or price discrepancies.
Enforce proper use of sales pitches and customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Basic math, reading, writing accuracy.
Ability to work various hours, weekends, holidays.
Physical ability to stand, lift up to 15 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
Out‑of‑door work in a loud environment with car wash equipment.
Current driver’s license, clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3–5 years).
