We are seeking a Municipal Project Manager with experience in municipal and LAP transportation project management. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering 8+ years of related experience Engineering and design experience with water systems, sewer systems, storm water systems, roads, and site plan review AutoCAD Civil 3D experience Design experience with various Michigan agencies, including MDOT local agency system Computer skills including internet, e-mail, Excel, Word Experience/background with construction administration/engineering is a plus Typical Duties and Responsibilities: Work with established clients Develop project criteria, schedules, and budgets Lead multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians Manage projects from preliminary studies and engineering through final design and construction documents for bidding Lead the development and design of new capital improvement projects from beginning to end Maintain existing client relationships Assist in the development new clients and opportunities Work Environment / Physical Demands / Individual must be willing to: Work in an office environment Attend client meetings and travel by car and/or plane if the project requires it Participate in industry events such as conferences, relevant presentations Perform project site visits Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
