Part You’ll Play This role is responsible for providing personal care assistance to residents at The Commons. The employee provides protective oversight, responds to resident needs and requests, maintains safe environments, and provides social support. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior that aligns with Hilltop’s Assisted Living Communities values. Provide protective oversight: assist residents, maintain safety, redirect or assist disoriented residents, enforce house rules, report difficulties, monitor visitors. Offer social supervision: help transport to events, assist communication, deliver mail, encourage socialization. Maintain sanitation and safety: monitor areas, remove hazards, maintain safety supplies, redirect residents from unsafe areas. Assist with transportation on and off the transport bus or van. Do laundry: resident’s personal laundry, linens, towels, aprons, washcloths. Help residents with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, dining, bedtime). Promote positive customer relations, learn resident names, answer phone, keep confidentiality, maintain a positive attitude. Answer radio, pager, and resident request system. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 18 years of age. Six months of work experience preferred. Certificates, Licenses & Registrations Colorado Identification Card (required) CPR Certificate/First Aid Certificate (preferred) De‑Escalation Training (preferred) Background Checks & Health Requirements Hilltop Criminal Background Check CBI Records Check Sex Offender Registry Colorado Adult Protective Services Background Check (CAPS) Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA) Check OIG Exclusion List Tuberculosis (Tb) Skin Test N95 Mask Fit Test Influenza Vaccination Any other required vaccination Benefits & Compensation Competitive Pay and Benefits Starting wage: $17.00 to $17.85 per hour; $1.50 shift differential for overnight. Full benefits package available in the provided guide. Part‑time and full‑time schedules. Schedule: full‑time Tuesday‑Friday 10:00 pm‑6:30 am. Professional and personal development opportunities.
