Product Manager Growth, Otter - San Francisco
Who we are
Otter is building the digital infrastructure for better food. Restaurants today face a world where off‑premise demand is growing faster than the tools built to support it. We help operators simplify complexity, grow their business, and deliver great experiences to every guest – wherever they are.
Our platform empowers food businesses of all sizes, from local heroes to regional chains and global enterprises. With Otter, restaurants can focus on what they do best: serving delicious food to their customers. And as they thrive, we’re helping make better food more accessible, reliable, and affordable for everyone.
What you’ll do
As Product Manager for Product‑Led Growth (PLG), you’ll own the roadmap for how Otter grows through the product itself. This role is focused on building a self‑serve growth engine that improves acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention. You will:
Design and run experiments to improve funnel efficiency, reduce CAC, and increase conversion from lead → customer → expansion.
Build features and flows that generate organic growth.
Drive monetization through pricing experiments, upsell opportunities, and CRM‑driven campaigns that expand LTV.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Data Science to enrich leads, improve attribution, and optimize channels.
Define and track success metrics – CAC, LTV, conversion rates, activation velocity, and self‑serve revenue.
Work cross‑functionally with engineering, design, and GTM to ship fast, learn quickly, and scale what works.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of product management or relevant experience.
Proven track record of building and scaling growth‑focused product experiences.
Strong quantitative skills: comfortable with SQL, experimentation, and growth modeling.
Creative problem solver with a bias toward fast learning and iteration.
Excellent communicator who can align GTM, data, and product teams around a shared growth roadmap.
Bonus: experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or restaurant/commerce technology.
Growing market: You’ll be focused on an $80 billion market that’s projected to reach at least $500 billion by 2030 in the US alone.
Industry transformation: You’ll be part of a team redefining how restaurants run both online and offline.
Impact at scale: What you build will directly power thousands of restaurants and millions of diners.
Collaborative environment: You’ll work closely with talented colleagues across teams, with the support and guidance to grow your career.
What else you need to know
This role is based in our San Francisco office. We believe the best ideas and fastest progress happen when we’re together, so this is an in‑office role five days a week.
