San Francisco (Onsite, 4/5x in a week)
Compensation: $160k - $210k per annum, with generous equity.

Years of Experience: 4-6+ years as a top-performing AE in B2B SaaS sales.
Requirements
A demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota and closing 7-figure enterprise deals.
Must have a background in Healthtech.
Background in Healthtech.
Responsibilities
Drive the full sales cycle end-to-end – from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing new business.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of net-new customer opportunities while ensuring accurate CRM tracking and forecasting.
Deliver compelling product demos and clearly communicate the value of Assort’s platform to key stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with leadership to design and execute effective sales strategies that accelerate revenue growth.
Partner with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with campaigns, messaging, and customer needs.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer challenges to position Assort as a market leader.
Contribute to building a high-performing sales culture by sharing best practices and mentoring new team members.
