Base Pay Range

$160,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

San Francisco (Onsite, 4/5x in a week)

Compensation: $160k - $210k per annum, with generous equity.

Years of Experience: 4-6+ years as a top-performing AE in B2B SaaS sales.

Requirements

  • A demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota and closing 7-figure enterprise deals.
  • Must have a background in Healthtech.
  • Background in Healthtech.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full sales cycle end-to-end – from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing new business.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of net-new customer opportunities while ensuring accurate CRM tracking and forecasting.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and clearly communicate the value of Assort’s platform to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to design and execute effective sales strategies that accelerate revenue growth.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with campaigns, messaging, and customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer challenges to position Assort as a market leader.
  • Contribute to building a high-performing sales culture by sharing best practices and mentoring new team members.
