STAFFING CONSULTANT
Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr As a Staffing Consultant, you will find, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles with companies and organizations in your local market. This is a full?cycle recruiting role. From sourcing to placement, you will run the entire recruiting process. You will spend your time engaging in conversations with job seekers via phone, email, or in?person, coaching them through resume editing, interview preparation, post?interview discussion, and job acceptance. Responsibilities Proactively cold?call to identify prospective candidates. Sustain a candidate pipeline via job board searches, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networking. Interview candidates and assess fit for client needs. Prepare candidates for client interviews: review resumes, discuss client requirements, conduct mock interviews. Extend job offers and manage the offer process. Follow?up with assigned candidates to ensure smooth transition and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. A passion for working with people. Tenacious self?motivation; can commit to making 100 calls and beyond. Competitive drive and leadership potential. Discretion and independent judgment regarding business and people. Goal?oriented drive and persistence to meet metrics.
