What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle of Workday Financials modules for clients, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project deliverables

Lead design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions regarding Workday Financials

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Workday Financials configuration

Drive business process transformation in Foundation Data Model (FDM) and Financial Accounting for clients

Assist clients with data conversion from legacy systems into Workday and guide them through testing cycles

What is Required (Qualifications)

CPA certification is required

Minimum of two full lifecycle engagements implementing Financial Accounting/Foundation Data Model (FDM) with the Workday Platform

3+ years of Workday Financials experience and a total of 10-15 years of Financials experience (can include other ERP systems)

Deep understanding of Workday's configuration options and transactional lifecycles

Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Prior implementation partner experience

Experience in a lead role for Workday implementations in Financial Accounting, FDM, or Core Financials

Active certifications in FDM, Core Financials, and Financial Accounting strongly preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
