Job Description Job Description:
Provide project scheduling, resource loading, on-site personnel management,
Partner with government project managers to ensure all key activities and actions are captured, scheduled, and risks identified and mitigated.
Plan and direct tasks, as well as perform on-site supervision of subordinates, when required.
Determine resource requirements and costs.
Prepare project schedules, including resource loading, dependencies, and critical path analysis.
Monitor progress of task and prepare progress reports.
Communicate with all levels of management both orally and in writing.
Partner with government project managers to ensure all key activities and actions are captured, scheduled, and risks identified mitigated.
Validate and verify work products and services of subordinates meets with expectations and requirements.
Required Skills and Experiences:
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Minimum Experience: 8+ years of directly related experience in Project Management.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
A Top Secret Security
Desired:
PMI/Agile Certification Experience with PMBOK, Agile and Waterfall Project Management Methodologies Experience with MS Project, Project Documents/ MS Power Point/Briefings
Degree Requirements:
Preferred: Master’s or Bachelor's degree in related discipline
