We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Salesforce Voice (previously Service Cloud Voice), contact center integrations, and Salesforce Flow customization to lead our client engagements and solution design.
The Salesforce Solution Architect will work closely with clients to understand their contact center and customer service needs, leveraging Salesforce Voice and integrating contact center systems for seamless operations. The ideal candidate will possess Salesforce Admin certification, deep knowledge of Salesforce Voice, hands‑on experience with contact center integration, and demonstrated capability in creating and customizing Salesforce Flows to optimize business processes.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients to gather business requirements related to customer service and contact centers
Design scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Voice, contact center integration, and Salesforce Flow customization to automate and streamline processes
Lead technical and functional workshops, delivering detailed specifications and proposals
Collaborate with technical teams to configure, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions, with an emphasis on Flow development and automation
Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with contact center platforms and telephony systems
Develop, modify, and optimize Salesforce Flows to meet specific client needs, improving efficiency and user experience
Provide user training, support, and change management strategies
Maintain Salesforce platform health, security, and data quality
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices, especially in Salesforce Voice, contact center integrations, and Flow capabilities
Collaborate closely with Cisco telephony resources to establish secure, scalable integrations between Salesforce and Cisco systems
Integrating AI tools with Agentforce Service to enhance contact center automation and agent workflows
Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201 or higher) is required
Proven experience with Salesforce Voice and Omni‑Channel configurations
Strong understanding of contact center operations and seamless Salesforce integrations
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce APIs, middleware tools, telephony integrations, and in‑depth expertise in Salesforce Flow creation and customization
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
Prior experience managing complex Salesforce deployments, automation, and integrations
Working knowledge of Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components
Familiarity with Einstein, Messaging, and Next Best Action a plus
Experience with agentic AI frameworks, including Agentforce, other Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP), is preferred
