Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB), a multi‑office national law firm, is seeking attorneys to join our Indianapolis, IN office with experience in Workers' Compensation defense litigation. This is a great opportunity for an attorney wanting to move to the next level.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide client communication and advice regarding litigation risks, outcomes, legal rights, and obligations.
• Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments for case presentation.
• Draft legal reviews, analyses, and advice for the area of law practiced.
• Prepare for and attend mediations and hearings as required.
• Interact with clients and resolve problems related to case hearings.
• Integrate best practices and standards in client and case handling.
• Prepare and respond to discovery for opposing parties.
• Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Meet designated minimum billable time requirements (hours/receivables).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA‑accredited university.
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the State of Indiana bar; admitted to all Federal District Courts in Indiana, or willing to obtain admission.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and produce accurate, high‑quality work.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Westlaw, and time‑billing software.
